Checking of the holdership and existence of onus on rural properties allowing a transaction with no risks;
Preparation and revision of agricultural loans to farmers, cooperatives, partnership contracts and agricultural supply, financing under the National Rural Credit System;
Regularization of rural properties because of the new Forest Code and other environmental standards;
Advising in negotiation with Agricultural Debt Securities (ADS) on market values and time for the use;
Declaratory actions that prevent the expropriation;
